Terms of Service & End User License Agreement

1. Agreement
These terms govern print, design and direct mail services provided by Sonoran Printing (“we”, “us”), Phoenix, Arizona, and your use of Dispatch by Sonoran, our client portal and production software. By placing an order or using the portal you agree to these terms.
2. License to use the portal
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the portal for managing your own projects with us. You may not resell access, copy or reverse engineer the software, attempt to reach data belonging to other clients, or use the service unlawfully. Accounts are per person; keep your credentials secure and tell us promptly of any unauthorized use.
3. Quotes, orders and proofs
Instant and written quotes are estimates based on the specifications provided and are subject to review; final pricing is confirmed on your invoice. Orders begin production after you approve the proof. You are responsible for reviewing proofs for content, spelling, layout and mailing details. We are not liable for errors present in approved proofs or in files you supply.
4. Your content
You keep ownership of the artwork, copy and mailing lists you provide, and you grant us the license needed to produce, print, mail and store your job. You confirm you hold the rights to everything you supply and that your materials comply with applicable law, including election, postal and advertising rules. We may decline work we believe is unlawful or that we cannot produce to standard.
5. Payment
Invoices are due on the terms stated on the invoice. Payment is processed by Stripe; where you authorize it, we may debit an authorized bank account for amounts you owe. Postage is typically due before a mailing drops. Late balances may pause production. Any applicable sales tax is added to your invoice.
6. Turnaround, mail delivery and cancellation
Production schedules are good-faith estimates and begin at proof approval. Once mail enters the postal stream, delivery timing is controlled by the USPS and is outside our control. Orders may be cancelled before production begins; after that you are responsible for work already performed and materials committed.
7. Claims and liability
Report production problems within ten days of receipt so we can reprint or credit the affected work. Except where prohibited by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including lost profits or campaign outcomes. The portal is provided “as is” without warranties beyond those stated here.
8. Third-party services
The portal can connect to services you authorize, such as Stripe and QuickBooks Online. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms, and you may disconnect them at any time.
9. Changes, termination and governing law
We may update these terms and will post the revised date above. We may suspend portal access for non-payment or misuse. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, with venue in Maricopa County.
